My picture journey

Day 1 170 lbs
 
Two months after my son was born, the Doc gave me the GO on the working out part. I couldn`t wait to get myslef looking like a normal person again! Looking at myself in the mirror put tears in my eyes, every single day of those 2 months. I was so unhappy and really thought I won`t ever get my body back. My stomach was lapping over so bad, my legs had cellulite even in the front. Ughhh I don`t even need to explain, this picture shows it all. 
The one thing I kept telling myself though, was that if I give up, I won`t ever make it. A year will pass either way, if you decide to do something or not. The sooner I start putting this workout as one of the top priorities, the sooner I will get used to doing it every day. Think less, do more.

Month 8 165 lbs (ALSO DAY 1 OF MY HERBALIFE NUTRITION PLAN)
 
*sigh* so this pic was taken after 8 monts of consistent insanity workout. I know, I know there is a differnce, but to be honest... I personally think for 8 months of hard work, the difference should have been bigger. Don`t ya`ll?? So here`s what happened: between month 4 and month 8 nothing has changed. I was still doing the workouts but I just got to a point where I hit rock bottom. It was pretty frustrating and very demotivating for me. It`s like you already are doing this extremely hard workout and nothing, just NOTHING, is happening anymore. I didn`t know what I was doing wrong. I thought (as sooo many people think) that as long as I`m working out and burning all those calories, I am allowed to eat what I want (since I`m burning all of that during my workouts) AAAAAH WRONG THOUGHT!! when we reach a certain age (usually around 25, but of course this can vary on each person), you will not lose weight by just working out without watching what you are eating. So for those whole 8 months I was eating all that greasy, sugary and unhealthy stuff. No wonder my weigh loss progress has stopped! 
Also an explanation to the `5 lbs` difference between day 1 and this one. On fat, it was of course way more pounds lost than the scale showed, but I also have gained muscle during this time (about 10 lbs). So that would make the difference in fat of 15 lbs.

WEEK 5 of my nutrition plan 155 lbs
 
Yea, I would say HUUUUUGE difference compared to the pic above. GREAT SUCCESS lol
When I started my nutrition plan I had no idea I got a free health coach with it. Whaaaat?! Free??? - Yes!! for free! My friend, who I`ve seen posting so much on his facebook about these products, he became my own personal health coach. Once you purchase the product from a distributor, this distributor becomes your coach. So he provided me with a ton of infos on better eating, healthy snacks, how and when to eat and also explained every single product, how it works, what it does and how to use it. I thought that was freaking awesome! Having someone to guide you. He created a personal plan just for me, to make sure I reach my goal as fast as possible and in the healthiest way. 
So I finally realized what I have been doing wrong all these months. I was so happy! No words can describe this. The best part about this was, that I started the first difference after only 4 days!!! This just gave me such a huge boost on confidence and a feeling of acomplishment. Which motivated me even more. I felt unstoppable!
And I still feel that drive, every single day. All I know is that I never want to look like my DAY 1 picture again.

month 4 of my nutrition plan 142 lbs 

 

by month 4 on my plan, I was down 28 lbs of fat! It was so crazy and surreal to me that I made it under those 150 lbs!! Everything just got more toned and my belly wasn`t over lapping anymore. I have also gained another 8 lbs on muscle. My body fat percentage went from 36% (before the nutrition plan) to an amazing 26% in only 4 months! I continued eating healthy, I was able to find my way to convert all my favorite recipes to a healthy version. I need to enjoy my meals in order for me to keep this healthy life style up. It took me some time, but I did it :-) Doing a diet where I have to cut out certain foods, was never an option for me. A diet is something temporary, while a complete change in our eating habits is something permanent. And theres a guarantee that after a diet, you most likely will gain all that weight back (maybe even more). Once you start eating the things you cut out during your diet, of course those pounds will jump right on that booty and hips.

Month 7 of my nutrition plan 136 lbs

 

This is me today. After being cosistent with my workouts, my eating and my plan I`m officially down 34 lbs, since day 1 of my journey. I have gained about 30 lbs of lean muscle, my body fat is at 24% AND I`M NOT GIVING UP!

It`s crazy looking back and seeing how far i`ve come. It makes me cry remembering all those tears during my workouts, because it was so hard. All that struggle, I made it passed that. My goal is just around the corner! 

So many people ask me all the time `how much more do you want to lose?` To make you guys understand that it`s really not in my hand, it`s up to my body. When my body reaches the healties amout of fat, my weigh loss will stop on its own. As you may be able to see in the pic, I do still have some belly fat and also those love handles. All I want to reach, is feeling great in a bikini. I want those abs showing! That is my final goal...

2 YEARS on my nutrition plan 130 lbs

 

So those are my results after two whole years of my nutrition plan. Last time I was this small was when I was 16! This is crazy! I never thought I could ever get to this point. About a year in on my plan, I started weight training. Before I was one of those women who thought weight training will make me look like a man X-I WRONG!! It actually eccentuates our curves. WHAAAAATT?! Uh-huh! That's right ladies! :D And since I'm on of those with almost no hips and no butt, the weight training added those curves to my body. I'm super excited to share this with you guys! That is the reason why the weight I'm at now is not a big difference to the previous pic. I started gaining muscle while shredding my body fat. I went from a body fat percentage of 24 to 20%. From a size 5 to a size 2!! =D A SIZE 2!! You would think a size 2 is almost to skinny already, right? But I don't look boney. AND thats because of the weight training. THANK SCIENCE!! :D
